Statutory discounts, other discounts and ticket promotions cannot be combined. See who is entitled to discounts and exemptions from fees>> for admission to the Museum.
Tickets covered by the discount purchased online require the presentation of a document entitling to the discount before the start of the tour or the beginning of the event.
Permanent exhibition
- Normal ticket – PLN 20
- Discounted ticket – PLN 15
- Museum for a zloty ticket – PLN 1 zł (Children over 7 years of age, school children and students up to 26 years of age on the basis of school and student ID cards)
- Group ticket (from 10 people) – 15 PLN/person
- Normal family ticket – PLN 18 /person (for up to 2 adults in a group of 4 to 6 people (i.e. one or two adults + children over 7 years old)
- Discounted family ticket – PLN 13.50/person (for children over 7 years of age in a group of 4 to 6 people, i.e. one or two adults + children over 7 years of age)
- Normal ticket with Big Family Card – PLN 17/person – ticket (with a 15% discount) available only at ticket offices upon presentation of the Large Family Card
- Discounted ticket with Large Family Card – PLN 12.75/person – ticket (with a 15% discount) available only at ticket offices upon presentation of the Large Family Card; not valid for children under 7 years of age
- Control ticket – free for children under 7 years of age (each child must have a ticket)
- Normal combined ticket – 36 zł
- Discounted combined ticket – 27 zł
- Combined ticket for groups – 27 zł

The ticket price includes an audio guide in Polish, English, German, Russian, as well as with Polish audiodescription, Polish Sign Language and a family track in Polish.

- Senior discount ticket – PLN 15 – Ticket for people aged 60+ (valid only within the Senior Thursdays series)

The cash desks close one hour before the Museum closes.
